All Raw Material reaching our processing facilities is from approved sources. We have an extensive ‘Supplier Facility Audit’ procedure in place that eventually helps in placing suppliers in the ‘Approved List of Suppliers’.

Also, the strategic location of our facilities helps in maintaining a low transport time from farms.


While the product is in process, the critical aspects of “Speed, Time, Temperature and Accuracy” are stressed upon. This is done by identifying best workers for the right job and effective icing at every step. Our on-line QC personnel are placed in every process to arrest deviations from procedures & specifications.


At Liberty, we have formulated standard procedures for every process through our SOP Manual. Also there are monitoring procedures in place to eliminate and prevent any deviations. The food safety program includes the following:

  • Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points
  • Quality Manual

All facilities maintain monthly and annual training schedules covering various aspects of the food safety program. We also organize training sessions by external faculties who specialize in their area. The food safety program is pursued with religious zeal and our quality policy reflects our desire to have total employee participation to achieve the required finished product
